Travis and I met at BYU-Idaho and were married in April '03. Soon after we both graduated and then Passion joined our family in June '04. Next we headed to graduate school at Eastern Washington University. After Travis earned his Masters in Social Work we took a job in Caldwell, Idaho. We got rid of the apartment life and bought our first home in October 2006. Then the following summer Kindly was born. Now three years later, Travis no longer feels so outnumbered since we've added Wisdom to our family! Our next new adventure (that we're still on) includes a big move to Arizona where Travis is working on his PhD.
Lately Passion has really been in to telling us jokes. So here is one of her most recent ones:
Q: What did the gum say to the shoe?
A: I'm stuck on you!
Kindly's Quote of the Week
I was changing Wisdom's diaper and after wrapping it all up tight I asked Kindly to throw it away for me. This is usually a job she does without complaint. But this time she looked at me and said,
"No, I don't want to."
So I said,
"Pleeeeaase Kindly! You would be my helper if you did!"
To which Kindly replied,
"If you would do it, you would be my helper!"
-----------------------------
The other day I could hear Kindly making Wisdom laugh from the other room. So I walked in to see what she was doing and found her next to Wisdom's swing jumping up and down and saying over and over,
"You've forgot to be kidding me! You've forgot to be kidding me!"
Needless to say I sat there and laughed right along with Wisdom!
Thought for the week
