Two weeks!

It is always so amazing to me how much a baby changes each day after birth. Bravery was so swollen when she was born. A lot of family and friends have commented about how chubby she is. She does have some chubby cheeks (a lovely Hughes trait) but she really is quite petite. She also lost quite a bit a weight in her first week of life so we've been trying to fatten her up a bit and make the doctor happy. :) Last Wednesday she was only 3 ounces away from her birth weight so we are making progress!
Bravery is the noisiest baby I think I have ever had (although over time you forget little things like that). She sleeps noisily, eats noisily and even breathes noisily. And I swear she has the hiccups at least 4 times a day . . . poor thing. She was so very sleepy for the first week and a half so we have just started to enjoy getting to see her eyes. She has had longer awake periods and follows our hands with her eyes. It is so fun to see her learn and grow already.  Bravery loves to be swaddled and always wants to have her hands up by her face, even in her carseat.
Bravery is also getting spoiled rotten! Between the kids loving holding her and me wanting to soak it all up and enjoy every second . . . she is rarely put down and left alone. We just can't get enough of her tiny cuteness!
