Passion turned 7 yesterday. Can you believe it? 7!!! It's so crazy! My little girl has turned into a young lady. Passion is still growing like crazy and is now 51 inches tall! She loves anything that moves and breathes. She loves all animals and a lot of bugs too. Her dog, Charlie, is her best friend! On the day of her birthday she begged us to take her to the animal shelter. We tried to put it off but she wouldn't have it. It was her birthday and she wanted what she wanted. So we took her to the smelly, loud animal shelter. Afterwards during the drive home Passion informed us that this was the best birthday ever (this was before her party and presents were even opened)! Passion also digs in the dirt for worms, catches butterflies in their hands, lets daddy long-legs crawl up her arms and loves to collect ants and rolley polley's in her bug catcher.
This fall Passion will be a 2nd grader! She is very excited to attend a new school this year with full uniforms. She just met her teacher last week and already thinks she's great!
Passion requested a luau birthday party specifically asking for drinks with the little umbrella's on the cups. So I made orange julius and put those cute little umbrella's in the cups. She got to put lei's on all the guests and had a hawaiian flower birthday cake. It was a fun night.
