Wisdom is getting so mobile. It is fun to watch him discover new things and abilities but he is pulling himself up on everything!!! I can handle chairs and couches but he pulls himself up on things that aren't stable enough to hold him. Poor kid is in a very accident-prone stage. He's got the bruises on his forehead to prove it! A couple weeks ago he pulled my square glass Pyrex dish onto his hand and it landed full impact on one of his tiny fingers. It immediately formed an ugly blood blister bulging from under his nail. Then a week later the blister subsided and the nail fell off. It looks disgusting! I've kept band-aids on it just for my own sake. Its hard to look at. Then just last night I noticed the nail is just starting to come back in. YEA!
I guess I should just be glad he's not climbing too much yet. I don't look forward to the day I find him on the kitchen table or the counter. Lets just hope that stage is a little ways off because I'm not quite ready yet!
