Our little Helper!

Kindly is really growing up and her interests and personality have really started to show. She loves to help me and Travis with whatever we're doing. If I'm in the kitchen making dinner, Kindly will be there any moment saying, "Mom, I wanna help you make dinner!" And a couple Saturdays ago I found her very frustrated trying to tie her shoes because, "I wanna help daddy mow the lawn."
Three is such a fun age! Kindly can finally clearly verbalize what she wants so there are fewer melt-downs. And it's exciting to hear new phrases come out of her mouth.
Kindly also can't stand to hear her little brother cry. The other day Wisdom was fussing because he wanted to eat and I apparently was not getting him fed fast enough because Kindly got really frustrated with me and said, "Mom would you just feed him!" Then another time I was trying to calm Wisdom down and I asked him if he was getting sleepy and Kindly, very seriously, reminded me: "He can't talk yet mom."
Here's Kindly ready for all kinds of weather. Decked out in rain boots, a backpack and a hand bag!And I had to include this picture of the girls in their designer, pipe cleaner glasses. They are taking orders if you wants some!

My favorite posts are the ones I get to read about funny little phrases my nieces and nephews say. They're hilarious and I get such a kick out of them!

What a good helper! It's hard sometimes to let kids help out cuz it takes soooo much longer to get stuff done... but it really is worth it watching how proud they are of their accomplishments, and how happy it makes them :)
