A Crazy Couple of Weeks!

I have quite a few things to update on our blog. The last couple weeks have been packed with stuff so here I go . . .

First, Travis' parents came to visit (above, Passion is doing Grandma Tina's hair). Tina's always so good to let Passion experiment! Then we all headed to Rexburg to watch my sister, Nicole, and Travis' sister, Valerie, graduate from BYU-Idaho! The night before graduation the girls had a blast swimming at the hotel. We had really pumped them up for it and that was all Kindly talked about for the next two days!
Here she is with Travis. She was very nervous about the "big bath" at first. She wouldn't even let go of Travis. But she warmed up quickly and turned into a brave, little fish!
Here is our niece, Jaedyn at the pool. Isn't she adorable!
During our trip we also got to eat at some our favorite Rexburg restaurants: Big Juds, Craigos & New York Burrito (which I've been craving for the past 3 months!) Unfortunately, I didn't get any pics from any of those places but trust me, they were delicious!!!
The next morning we headed to graduation. It was so exciting to see Nicole & Valerie graduate. We are so proud of them both!
Congratulations Valerie & Nicole!!!
Then we headed back home and celebrated my 28th birthday a couple days later. Yep, I'm now a year closer to 30! I have to admit that 28 doesn't feel very different from 27 but it does put me closer to 30 (which I'm not looking forward to!). I had a great day of pampering and fun! Travis did really well on all of my gifts and it was a lot of fun to see Passion want to get so involved this year. I think I got 2 or 3 really thought-out presents from her and lots of cards/pictures. It was very sweet! Travis made me my favorite, strawberry cheesecake! Aren't you impressed? I only helped a little! And the girls helped by licking the beaters. Mmmmm!
For dinner (since Valerie & Luis were visiting) I got to eat some delicious Cuban food & pina coladas! It was soooo good! Luis, you can come and cook for me anytime!!! Thanks everyone for a wonderful birthday!

It was so much fun to spend time with you guys this past week! Now I have to do boring stuff like look for a job...Your girls always amaze me by how much they learn every time I see them! And thank you for coming and supporting us. We can hardly wait to see you in just a few short months when baby boy is born!
