Me and My Girls!

Well we have been trying soak up the last little bit of summer that we have left. I can't believe Passion starts school in a week and half! Life is going to change quite a bit and so is our laid back summer schedule. So here is what we've been doing to try and enjoy those last few moments of summertime.

The girls and I decided to pop some popcorn. I gave each of them their own bowl so there wouldn't be any fighting then I went and sat on my bed to relax and enjoy my popcorn. Within about 2 minutes this is what my bed looked like.
Passion enjoys copying me and Kindly always copies Passion. So . . . this is what you get!
The girls also love to do my hair. I try and make them wait until it's close to bedtime so that my hair doesn't look like this all day long. After Travis took this picture he said no one has ever looked so beautiful in a pink headband with a huge flower on their head. Isn't he sweet?! You can't quite see them but there are also about ten little clips all over the top of my head.
And last, here is Passion posing for the camera. We have really been getting into the Fancy Nancy books (if you haven't heard of them you should pick one up at the library-they are very cute!). Before posing for this picture Passion said, "Mom take a picture of me like this, looking fan-say."
It is so crazy to me that my little baby is going to kindergarten. She is excited though and I am getting there. Just yesterday we were watching family videos of when Passion was 18 month-2 years. It is so amazing how fast time has flown and how much growing Passion has done in such a short period of time. If you want to call and give Passion a good luck on your first day of school call, I am sure she would love it! She starts the morning of the 27th!

I can't believe how big she is! Tell her that Carly and I wish her luck on her first day of school. Carly is excited to go to preschool this year, I am glad I still have one more year before kindergarten!

I've always missed out on the girly fun... this was fun to read and see the pictures. Your girls are adorable.

The first day of kindergarten was really hard for me, but great for Jacob! I hope all goes well... good luck to all of you!
